What We Do & Who We Serve

Our Clients
& Services

We work with families and individuals to help them reach their planning goals at every stage of their lives. Using our unique model, we bring stability, calm and reason to the chaos surrounding large settlements. Our platform enables us to offer our trustee services impartially, focusing on attaining the trust's objectives. We provide comprehensive, personalized support to help you meet your planning objectives today and into the future.

As your consultant, we work for your client’s best interests. We are willing to take on the role of a conservator if it expedites the case settlement. We also do not default to a restrictive special needs trust or public benefits unless it is necessary. You will also receive due diligence associated with your plaintiff’s settlement to ensure it is compliant. We assist with assessing the suitability of the offer to the plaintiff, understanding how it impacts the client’s financial plan; and making sure that settlement offers are properly explained and documented to your client.

Even though we do not offer legal advice, we use various trust attorneys to draft client trusts. Additionally, we offer feedback on trust documents for various trust planning situations. Moreover, we refer business to attorneys with whom we have an active relationship.
